Rippana offers, through our professional gemologist and valuer, a wide range of appraisal services for colored stones, diamonds and jewelry, antique or modern. It is very important for us that our client feel in a safe and honest environment. Our appraiser will put you at ease by showing and explaining the whole valuation process.

She can receive you by appointment with your jewel in hand to produce a detailed valuation in order to insure your property. In case of loss, breakage or theft, it is important to send your insurance company a report of the jewel in question, so that the company can process your claim in order and give you the actual value you deserve. Without a report, a hypothetical appraisal can be made but will not carry the same weight
as a full report.

You may need to have jewelry appraised for an estate, liquidation or resale. Our gemologist appraiser can guide you through this process, which can sometimes be emotionally difficult. We can receive you, sort out the jewelry together, what is worth quantifying or not. There is no need to leave your jewelry with us, because after taking the information during the appointment, you will receive your printed and signed report by mail a few days later.

We also offer a stone identification service. If you have several minerals and would like to demystify their nature, it will be our pleasure to accompany you during this process. Our gemologist will take the time to look at your stones and do the necessary tests to identify them one by one.
